Every year at Christmas, the old life-size nativity set is assembled at the front of the church. It's a tradition most would like to forego. Fifty years ago, when Mrs. Howerton donated the nativity set, she had hoped it might, "Breathe new life into the church and bring to focus the real meaning of Christmas. This year, it will. You'll never look at the nativity set the same again!

Perfect for a church service or other one-hour event, The Nativity Set lasts approximately 50 minutes.

A Stranger for Christmas

A Classic Story, Performed in Unique NarroWay Style!

Based upon the book written by Carol Lynn Pearson. "Call your children. Ask them if they'll take in a little old lady who needs a family for Christmas. Go on, call them." And with this challenge, the heartwarming and humorous story of "A Stranger for Christmas" unfolds.

This show with a surprising end lasts approximately 90 minutes.

Pricing for off-site performances

To schedule and off-site performance, NarroWay charges a flat fee of $800 per performance for The Nativity Set or $950 per performance for A Stranger for Christmas, when the venue is within 30 miles of the NarroWay Theatre. A travel fee of $10 per additional mile is charged for off-site performances beyond a 30-mile radius.

This price does not include provision for meals. In some situations, NarroWay can provide meals off-site at an additional per person charge.

Scheduling is subject to availability, venue limitations and distance restrictions.

Plan ahead with this information:

• Have in mind two to three options for a suitable date and time.
• Be aware that, with few exceptions, NarroWay performs Broadway-style shows at the NarroWay Theatre every Friday and Saturday and will be unavailable to travel for any date that conflicts with a scheduled performance.
• Once a date and time are agreed upon, NarroWay will issue a contract for the event.
• A non-refundable 25% deposit will hold the event date and is due with the signed contract within 30 days.
• Final payment is due two weeks prior to the event.
• NarroWay may request a rehearsal and / or set-up time at your venue prior to the event.
