Policies
These policies are applicable exclusively to Licensed Tour Operators. Items below do not apply to the general public unless stated as such in NarroWay's General Ticketing Policies.
- Licensed Tour Operators receive exclusive discounted rates.
- Operators receive two complimentary tickets with each coach.
- Reservations must be made through the group sales department by calling 803.802.2300 or 704.831.8893.
- A deposit equal to 25% of the full payment must be received within 30 days of the initial reservation.
- Until 30 days prior to the scheduled show date, deposits made by check are 100% refundable. Those made by credit card are 90% refundable until that time.
- Final arrangements must be made and final payment must be received at least two weeks prior to the scheduled show date.
- If appropriate payments are not received by their respective due dates, the reservation will be automatically canceled. While the group sales team will make every effort to notify the operator of an impending cancelation, NarroWay is not responsible for sales canceled as a result of non-payment.
- Special considerations, such as wheel chairs, vision impairment, etc. must be communicated at the time of the initial reservation.
- Each payment must be received in one sum.
- Acceptable forms of payment include Master Card, Visa, Discover, cash, or check or money order made payable to NarroWay Productions.
- Additional tickets beyond those originally booked with the group are subject to availability and might not be seated with the group.
- Meals are served by the NarroWay cast, therefore, dinner guests arriving more than 30 minutes later than the specified show time will forfeit the meal.
- The show times advertised are when doors open and guests should plan to arrive at the theatre, unless otherwise stated in the show details.
- Discounts and special offers are subject to specific terms, may not be combined with other offers and are never retroactive.
- Tickets may be transferred to another show date until 48 hours prior to the originally scheduled date. All transfers incur a $1 transfer fee per ticket.
- NarroWay Productions is not responsible for unclaimed tickets.
- All sales are subject to a minimal service fee.
- All show dates must meet minimum attendance requirements.
